“The print calls for +0.1 mm/-0.0 mm! Can you make a die that can do that?”

K.C.K. designed the die incorporating adjustability of forms, to allow for slight adjusting with material variances.

K.C.K. sized the stripper, shoe, and pins to minimize flex under various conditions, thereby improving consistency.

The stamper was awarded the work over less-capable competitors, and avoided potential money-losing high-scrap rates that would have resulted from poorer tools.
