At K.C.K. it is important that we make our customers' tooling purchase experiences trouble-free. From identifying potential manufacturing issues up-front during the design, all the way to standing behind our work when the die is in your press, we work hard to make your job easy.

But we won't mislead to our customers. That's why we say “relatively" head-ache free. Because despite our pro-active communication and on-call project managers, mistakes occasionally happen, and saying that mistakes never happen would be misleading. At K.C.K., we value our reputation too much to mislead our customers. That's why when a mistake does happen, we will do what we can to find a solution.
